Wife's RFE

I got approval on 01/14/05. I talked to a VSC rep and she told me that my wife is getting an RFE. But the online status message still says "FP received and....". The LUD's are changing without message change. I assume what the rep. told me is the truth?

1. Normally how long does it take to get the online message changed?
2. As far as the online message remains same (FP received...), I guess it means that RFE is not send yet?

I got approved on DEC 10 2004. My wife just received RFE for medicals couple of days back.

Just hang in there.
