Wife's nephew

Is there a way to get my wife's nephew to US. He is 8 years old. At present they are in dubai and they will be coming to US in Dec 2004 or Jan 2005. So they don't want to effect their kids classes. They want him to study here for 1 year prior to there arrival.

Is there any way.
