I am new in this forum, my situation is
My wife's grandmother, US citizen filed family immigration petition in 2003 for her adult married children over 21 year of age. Now I 130 approved and all her children including my mother-in-law asked to submit the processing fee $230. My wife's also got the invoice to submit the same fee while she is over 21 years of age and infect she is 26 year old and married with 2 little children.
My question is:
shall we submit the fee and does it mean she got the approval as well?
