Wife's Medical RFE

My case was approved 4 months back. But my wife has received medical RFE.(we could not submit her medical at that time)

We've sent response 3 months back but it seems the case has not been updated with medical RFE response(I've called up USCIS and i've been told that they did not recieve medicals, eventhough I've an acknowledgement that USCIS has received response.)

1. What are my next steps? Do I've to send medical response again?
2. Our PD is 2003 April , EB3 category(India). But since the dates are no way close to 2003, does it make senese to send medials agian now?

After almost 4 months we saw LUD with a message change on 02/03 in response to TB skin test. They have finally acknowledged the receipt in response to the RFE.
 
Wow...looks like we are in the same boat. Did you call them up to log in a complaint? or it just happened that u got LUD after 4 months.

We did create a service request a few weeks back. I am not sure if that triggered or perhaps something to do with mass update on 02/03. There were lot cases who observed change in LUD.
