I am currently processing my wife's application for I130. I have already paid the fees and need to send the
affidavit of support and DS-230 forms to continue processing. Since last year I have been building an internet start up
and do not have substantial income. However I can show my last year tax return etc and have others who have substantial assets in the USA who are willing to provide additional affidavit of support forms etc to provide CIS the confidence.
Could someone please advice me any tips for making my case stronger ( should i attach more year tax returns etc etc)
I will probably send supporting documents once I land angel funding to my start up .
