Wife's H4 transfer issue while H4 to H1 under process?

Hi Guys,

Thanks for reading through my issue. I think this is a wonderful forum. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am having my H1B transfered from Company A to Company B on June 5th, 2007. My wife got her H4 - H1 petition receipt on Aptil 28th, 2007 and the case is under process. My wife's current H4 is valid till December 2008 with Company A. My questions are

1) Shall I transfer my wife's H4 to employer B in June?

2) Will it have any effect on her H1 application?

3) Will it matter if she gets H1 approval first or H4 transfer approval first in determining her status considering her H1 start date is october 1st, 2007?
