Guys,

I had posted last week too... I received FP2 but wife has not received it so far. My FP2 is scheduled next week. Should I ask my wife to go with me for FP2 and request the officer to complete her FP2 too? Or do you guys recommend waiting for her own notice? Or should I call the 1-800 number and try to convince them to send me wife's FP2 notice?

Anyone else in the same situation? Please let me know your suggestions... I have only 1 week left...

Thanks & Regards!

I think You can go to fP with your wife, you can request Immigration officer for fp.i hope they will consider.

One of my friend wife got fp, he went with his wife and he requested immi officer.after his 2nd fp he got approval in two weeks.

I was in a similar situation back in June and the immigration officers won't do it without the FP notice. Spouse received the notice two weeks after mine was done

I think SPOL is right. the FP2 notice has a barcode that is scanned and that's how they track invitess vs. printed. I wouldn't assume going there on doing it. Call them first and / or call your attorney. I've heard more of cases where the spouce got the FP2 sometime after the first one.

Good luck,

Looks like I might have to wait for my wife's FP2 notice... I hate this... I thought we could have gone together... I am trying to contact my lawyer too. Will let you know what he says. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know!

Wife FP2 received

Guys,

I had started this thread because my wife's FP2 was not issued (along with mine). Today I got wife's FP2 notice... but it is for late December 2004 and my own FP2 is next week. Do you guys recommend going for an early FP2 for my wife (along with me)? Has anyone done something like this? Will it cause any problems? Please let me know, my lawyer has no opinion either way. He is useless for such things.

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

whenever you go for you FP, just take your wife and try early FP,
it they say no, then go on scheduled FP.

don't worry, be cool man

Ok!

OK! Will try to take my wife with me... see what happens: hope this does not backfire. Any other info, please feel free to share.
