Wife's EAD approved

Received wife's EAD (as beneficiary) applied on Sept 24th. Mine was on the sameday. Yet to get approved. My lawyer said last week they are processing Aug 4th week at this time.

Does anybody has better updated data.

As you can see from your wife's approval, INS is not processing Aug 1st week cases, like they report on the JIT. We just had a bunch of EAD approvals, (me for one), for those who applied in the first week of October.

There is nothing you can do but wait. INS will get to it when it gets to it. I would put the approximate date within the next month. If you really need the EAD then you can avail of the iEAD option, considering the fact that you have been waiting for over 6 months you should get it for sure!
