Folks my wifes case was approved .. thats what the status message says online. .. it been a long wait..
if some of you may remember me .. mine was the First case to be approved for the RD Aug 2001 Batch. But my wifes case was forwarded for the interview. It was first forwarded to a wrong center... in detriot and after six months we called and got it forwarded to a right center in milwaukee, wi.
then she had the interview almost after 8-9 months (just a week after her finger prints expired
)
during the interview we had a trainee who had no clue about the immigration process she would go to her superior officer for every little thing. Then she finally said that she could not approve here right there and then due to exipration of her finger prints (which was fair) ! the interview was in june of this year.
her status was finally changed on nov 5th 2003.
I have a question for you guys....
I just want to check her status on the phone.. which number should i call ....and which specfic option should i choose from the 6 options listed when i call the changed number of nebraska service center ? i want to call once for 'dil ki tasali'
