Wife's Card Finally Received

My wife's card finally came through:

Approval Date: Nov 11, 2001
First Passport Stamping: Dec 4, 2001
INS shamelessly said it lost the original I-551

Second Passport Stamping: Nov 4, 2002
Card Ordered: May 23, 2003
Card Received: May 31, 2003

Do you need any other documents for stamping second time?
or will the first stamp do? I am worried because I may have to change the company before I may need to stamp again.

You do not need any documents for restamping, the first stamp is enough. I do not know if it ok to restamp like that in different INS office though.
