My wife's AP has been pending over 4 months now. We have called and tried to expedite as her brother-in-law is real sick in India, provided papers from the hospital in India.
She even went for an infopass appointment - aboslutely no use all the reply we can get is "Please Wait"
This is very frustrating its out 5th EAD and AP, I hope they do something about this broken immigration and not treat this as a money making opportunity keeping I485 applications pending.
