Wife's AP not approved- Mine is

We applied 485/AP/EAD applications at TSC on 12/28/05.
Both of our EAD's got approved on 2/1/06.
Only my AP got approved on 1/31/06 but my wife's AP is still pending. What could be the reason in her case? I am the primary and she is derivative applicant of 485. I heard some where that there could be a possibility of files getting separated. Should I call TSC? Any one has similar experience?
 
Check for LUD updates - maybe there is an RFE. Sometimes they reject the photos and ask for "nondigital photos" even though thats what you may have submitted in the first place.
 
The LUD was on 1/6/06. Since then nothing has happened. If it would have been an RFE, I think I should have known by this itme.
