I am waiting for my wife's 485 approval. She gave her finger prints on 03/17. LUD is changed on 03/24/05/
I received the plastic card in Dec,2004. As the rules are changed and people are saying that the 485 approvals are based on the labor application dates.
Is it true? please give me some clarifiation.
It is based on the 485 RD: of my wife or my labor application date?

Labor: applied: 07/30/2002
approved: june 2003.
140: RD:06/18/03 AD: 05/13/05
485: RD: 08/06/03. AD: 10/22/04.
wifes case: 485: RD: 05/24/04.
FP: 03/17/05.
