Folks:

My wife is a derivative on my green card. We filed for her in around Feb 2003. She had her FP done in Oct 2003. The status over on the website says

"On October 22, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."

Has anyone been approved for that date? When do the second Fingerprints kick in since it is more than a year now. any help will be appreciated.

Some cases that are a year or more older than yours still have not been approved, and many people still have not gotten their first fingerprints. So, the case is not "lost in thin air", its pending like the others, at least they did your fingerprints.
