Hello All,
I am a F-1 student in USA. I have just completed my Master in May. Right now i am on OPT. My Wife's Visa is Expiring in August. I want to know does she have to go back to India to extend her Visa or she can live in USA legally until i have a valid Status.
If she can stay in USA legally, then what documents she have to give in DMV of California to Extend her driving license which is also expiring in August 2010.
Please give me suggestions regarding these issues.
