Wife start LLC, I wont participate

Hello
Thank you for the wonderful forum.


1) I have a green card, just got it, and my wife as an EAD.
2) Can she start a LLC ? , everything will be in her name, registration of co taxes etc
3) I will continue working for my sponsoring employer.
4) I will help out in running the LLC but I will not get any payment or any other benefit from the LLC. She will be running the show.

Can this be done?

2)Anyone out there in the forum who has already done what I had asked for could tell me some more info.
