Wife\'s 485 Application

Hello guys,
I had applied for my I-485 in October, 2001. The dates are as follows :
PD : Early Jan 2001
RD : Oct 25th, 2001
EAD : Dec 15th, 2001
FP : Apr 5th, 2002
EB3/RIR/India

I got married recently and got my wife to the US and applied for her 485. We got her ND which is May 21st, 2002 (RD : May 14th, 2002). Will her case be treated as a freshly applied 485 like any other case or would the INS try to take a decision about her case along with my case ??? Anybody, please let me know..

hi,

I am also in same case, We applied together but we applied for my son after 4months as follow to join.When enquire they said all will approve together as my son is minor.I do not know about major.Pl post if you any info about this.
