My wife was on h1b and she got laid off. I am on H1b with i140 approved. What are our options?
1. i heard there are couple of options like converting to B1/B2 or apply for h4 with Ead. What option would you suggest and why?
2. If we plan to apply for H4 Ead when we should apply it? Her 60 days period starts from 16th August.
3. Once H4 EAD is approved and she finds the job, can she starts working?
4. What if we applied for h4 ead and meanwhile she got the offer. Should the company transfer to h1b or wait for h4 ead to get approved?
5. Once she got the h4 ead approved and got the job, can she go back to h1b?
6. If she is on h4, will there be any travel restrictions to India? Does she require to get the stamped with new visa in India? If so, does dropbox works?
