Wife on F1, is there any problems in me filing 140

Hello,

My wife is on F1 (recently changed her status from H4 to F1 and doesn't have F1 visa in the passport) and I am on H1B. My labor is approved and I am ready to file 140. Would that create any problems for her F1 status?
