My wife and I got EAD from VSC, and she is a student on F-1. She would like to work with this EAD, and still continue with her PhD studies part time.
However, my friend told me that if she uses her EAD, and my 485 is rejected for whatever reason (extremely unlikely, but not impossible), she would never be able to apply and get another F-1, because that\'s based on non-immigrant intent, and EAD shows immigrant intent.
The same problem does not effect H-1 people like me, because H-1 is dual intent.
