What can I do to help my husband return back into the US? He has been deported from the US and stands to wait 10 years before returning. Of course he overstayed on a visitors Visa and has children in the US. Please, what must I do to file for his stay, must I file waivers of the deportation ban, and how long does it usually take? I'll be waiting.....:cool:
