Wife Missed 1st AOS Interview - Getting a Divorce

Hello, after being married to my wife for 1 year and 8 months I wanted a divorce due to our differences and her often times hostile attitude. She began talking with her girlfriends online regarding a pending divorce and not having a Green Card. Soon thereafter she became very confrontational... I believe she is trying to get me upset/angry enough to get physical with her. she seems determined to find a reason to say that I have abused or mistreated her! I refuse to give into those tactics. Anyways, after missing her initial interview for AOS, her case was denied due to abandonment... In addition, she did not appeal within the 30 days she was given. I refuse to follow thru with the AOS process... will she be asked to return to her country? We also have an 15 month daughter, will she be allowed to take the child with her if I am asking for custody? What are the grounds for an anullment? for example, If she never told me that she had a STD such as herpes, would this qualify?
 
Why would you do this? to prove a point OR just that you can do it? Both of you should think about a biger picture and future ofyour baby's before making any decision.
 
The adjustment of status is her case not yours. So if is already denied and you want a divorce then I don't get your point.
If it's for the custody of your child then you must consult a lawyer for divorce cases and other situations that has nothing to do with immigration.

cherr1980, I can appreciate you opinion... If I were on the outside perhaps I would speak you exact words, however, this is not a normal individual we are talking about, she manipulates and lies nearly everyone in which she comes in contact! After being in the US for 2 years now, she refused to study english for the first 20 months, which would've enables her to get a job so that she could help support our family. I introduced her to many of her native Brazilians at the local churches in my city! If you know anything about Brazilians, you would know that they stick together to give support to each other, especially when a Brazilian arrives to the US for the first time. Everything starts out great, they visit our home, we have pot luck, the wives take her shopping, telephone her often, then she begins to talk, gossip, lie, twist the truth. These are Bible believing, God fearing people! However they will not support anyone who lacks integrity. They no longer want to have anything to do with her at all. I will no get into the many problems that have been initiated by her in this marriage. After he AOS, was denied, she left the house as an attempt to avoid any communication from/with immigration. Let's remember she entered this country sponsered by me! So, I am the first person they will try to contact, after their attemps to contact her fails. Today, I do not know her whereabouts. She took my baby girl out of the house without shoes on her feet nor a jacket/coat. All of her clothe are here. I am not the smartest person in the world, but you tell me, will you be happy with this person?
And yes, I already have an attorney. Just that I like to here different opinions.
