My Wife is a citizen and i wanted to apply for GC, but unfortunatly she lost her job recently, is there a requirement that she need to have a JOB?? I'm on H1-B and employed, can she apply for my GC? in NJ (if that matters)
Yes she can. Please look at the I-864 which is the support document. and see if she has the funds to support you or if the father in law or brother in law can put in a supplementary I-864.
