Hello,

I'm going for CP.. My wife is a doctor in India. She's on H-4 visa now.

Will giving information on the CP documents that she is a medical
graduate present any problem for our GC process?

Your wife can have any level of education and in any field. It really doesn't matter if she is on H4. Because on H4 she will not be able to work. Same thing applies for CP interview.

She will have to write the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) and get through it to practice medicine in USA.

So to answer your question the education of the spouse does not have deteriorating affect on the outcome of the CP interview result. Good education of spouse is a benefit to you and also US economy. HIgher education is a plus point for your CP application.
