I submitted my I-130 February 2003, and got my greencard approval in June 2005.

My wife came to US with H-4 in January 2005, and we submitted I-485 application for her February 2005. She was born in China and I had EB3 status.

Right now, after I got the greencard for almost a year, the greencard quota for China born nationals are not available.

What is our options? When is she expected to get her greencard? Where can I find the info? Who can help me? Please advise and thank you very much.

She cannot get her green card approved before your Priority Date becomes current. Keep on checking State Dept Visa bulletin every month for latest Priority Date cutoffs.

Thank you and that is what we learned.

IS there anyway that she can go back to Hong Kong (she is Hong Kong resident) and get the greencard there?

Also, since now she is not on H-4, but yet, she doesn't has the greencard. What is her status here in US?

No.

Its called "adjustment of status". She can get EAD to work and AP to travel.
