Wife I-485 LUD only changed ? what may be results

please advice what this mean , only wife I-485 LUD changed .
No change on primary's I-485 LUD .

will it become approval ? or query ?

Happened to my wife's also along with her EAD approval. Nothing ever happened since..

It is very hard to predict or understand how the system in NSC is working, I think it depends on the officer and the case.
