I married my wife about 2 weeks before my 1-485 approval (EB2). Our lawyer advised that I could still apply for my wife and include her in my i-485 application; she is now awaiting AOS.
My wife has recently received her EAD from the NSC. I have 2 questions in this regard:
1. Has anyone run into a similar situation of applying (including) for spouse after getting the GC approval? If so, what was the outcome? Do you see any potential problems?
2. Can my wife start a home-based business on her EAD?
