so you want to know if she's eligible for AOS?
I'm going to guess no since she's entry without inspection, but maybe she can claim hardship. it is a difficult case. go see an attorney.

Actually we'd like to know if it's possible for her to do an I-130 and then go to Mexico and do the I-601 waiver.
