Wife Filled for Citizenship. How much time for FP?

Hi,

My wife filled for citizenship on July 5th 2007. We recieved a letter from thimmigration on august 5th that they have recieved our paper work. But still no date for Finger printing. How much time before she gets FPrinted?
 
We applied in June 28th and we got our finger print notices in August 1st week for Aug 14th was scheduled date.
 
I applied on July 13 and I got the receipt notice and the fingerprint appt. letter on the same day August 10.

Well, the only letter we recieved was that they have got our papers and we will be notified for the finger printing. The strange thing is that we received two duplicate letters both of them were referring that they have received our paper work. We are calling them right now. What is infopass appointment?
