My case was approved Jan 7 wife issued RFE Jan 17
Did not receive RFE so called NSC end of JAN they were going to reissue
Noluck called again again said will issue in 2 days
Noluck Called again and expressed my frustration lady said she will resissue and she took my home phone and said officer will call in 2 days
Finally today the original RFE was received by lawyer
Reason for delay in receving INS accidentally mailed the package within a package to another lawyer in Seattle
That firm was good enough to mail it back to my lawyer
Replied to RFE today since i had already got affidavits in anticipation
will post when wifes case gets approved
That should be in a couple of weeks i hope
