Wierd message over Phone

I finished my FP2 on Sep22, I have not seen an update on the USCIS website.
So, I called up the Toll-free and tried to check my status, The automated message says there was an error accessing the status of the case.

I got that couple of times for my wife last week, it corrects itself after you try second time.
