Hi,
I changed to a different group in my company recently and found out that this group change created a company change. I feel very puzzled by this, so I asked HR for details.
It turned out that the company is the parent corporation of two separate legal entities. My group change made me go to a different legal entity, so my pay stub will show a different company name than before.
I am wondering if this affects my GC in any way. Do I need to do anything?
