I sent KCC mail and they reply me as follow. But I haven't received 2nd NL yet. Why? Please answer me bros.

was sent to you on February 17, 2009. Please direct any further

What is the difference between these two mails. :(
 
I received the letter from college which i've applied yesterday. They sent it 27th feb, 2009. But KCC sent me 2nd NL since feb 19. :( why is it?

I received the 2nl letter 1 month before the interview. they sended it on 15.01.2009 i received it on 02.02.2009.they send the letters some time not in normal way . my letter was sended from USA to Sweden to Germany. you will have it soon.
