why USCIS is not following the first come first served rule with our applications?, why they are working so randomly? why TSC claims that they are still working on 2001 while we know many cases with 2005/2006 ND who got approved?.why TSC date is 2001 while NSC is 2003.we all filed at NSC,why they forward our cases to TSC for slower processing?
why IOs have not answer for any of these questions?

hope if anyone has an answer for any of these questions share it with us.

I am afraid no one can tell you for sure on this forum. The only answer that IO can give you over the phone - every case is unique. I have inquired as you know my case and am still waiting for a reply. Their criteria is a mistery for me too. I know that it's not a COP because a guy with the same ND and from the same country that I am from was approved more than a month ago while I am still waiting. Now I am starting to think may be it somehow relates to which asylum office or Immigration Court your asylum was granted in. And of couse lot of folks get stucked at security check.

Because it is a huge mess! I've seen tons of I-485 approvals filed up to 5 years later than mine. That's the way this agency operates: unless you take them to the court they are not doing anything. Once they realize that the shit hit the fan, approval, all of a sudden, becomes a piece of cake! Lazy a**holes!
