No any Nov. approval ???
Why you don't see any Nov. approval when Oct. approval rate > 50% in rupnet.com ?
right now, rupnet oct. approval rate just reached 50%. according to my statistic analysis on passed info, we should see nov approval soon. but this time we might get some delay. the reason is
1. currently many of us intended to ask people to update their status when they got approval, but we didn't do that before, so the approval rate should be little bit higher than 50% when we see a lot of nov approval begin coming.
2. ins is being transferred to new department CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Service) under DHS.
Before, about 20~25% people didnot update their status in rupnet.com no matter whether they got approval or not. 20~30% I-485 filers would get their approval after the approval of the next month rd began to show up. so when we see approval rate of a month come to around 50%, the next month rd approval will show up. but this time, the oct rd approval rate should be little bit higher than 50% when we see nov approval coming because less people don't update their status in rupnet.com since we intended to ask them to do so.
