Why Withdrawal Confirmation Letter now?

Hello,

It is very confusing. My labor cert. (CSC/EB3) was approved June 28, 2005, and my lawyer is scheduled to file I-140 in March 2006 because we need more time to collect docs for ATP. My employer received a withdrawal confirmation letter today. When we received a "45-day letter", we replied we intended to continue the GC process. I don't know what's going on. Can somebody tell me?

if your LC was PERM, you had have gotten that letter a long time ago, but because they sometimes are behind one thing get after the other... you should be fine... I got a letter too, but it was before approval

My lawyer also recieved the same letter, and he said it didn't make sence to him and he believes it was a mistake. He said he will investigate this matter. My Labor is not Perm, but your case is okay then my case is also okay. That's my hope.
