why we have different response??

Hello, Dear all,
I and my wife did the finger print at the same time,
03/11/04. I checked my case status, and it said that they had
received my finger print, and they were resuming processing my case.

However, for my wife's case, it still said that they had sent out
the finger print notice....

My question is: we did the finger print at exactly the same time,
why they have received my results, but not my wife's.

Anybody has the same experience before?
