Questions
1)
Yesterday I received this email (mentioned below) from USCIS stating that my case was transferred from VSC (Vermont service center, processing date: August, 2004) to TSC (Texas service center, processing date: June, 2002)
I did not understand why they transferred my case from fastest processing center to slow processing center.
2) Besides I never live in Texas service center, why they moved to TSC.
3) In my situation, how I can figure out the expected time of I-485 approval
4) My attorney said, “VSC might did it to speed up the process”. How it is true?
Please advice me for plan of action

transfer

Looks like a USCIS mistake. They should only transfer your case to another service center if your residence moves to that service center (like my case). Call NCSC, you congressman and ask that the mistake be rectified. This will severely delay your case.

Hi Just wanted to ask since your case got transferred and u applied for labor in PA,where is your work place.wont they ask that labor is at one place and how u are at another,or are u a consultant.
I have a similar case too,my 485 got transferred from tsc to vsc.Cause we applied for labor from Florida and we are now in PA.
