why Virginia Residents are not getting FP notices

I have observed that VA residents are not getting FP notices as fast as other states.

what is goinon.

State: Virginia - RD: 7/12 ND: 8/28..no FP scheduled yet..

guess, the FP centers are busy..

NO FP yet.

but from Infitime tracker I have seen lot of people after me getting FP notices.

is this because of my EB3 or PD or VA State.
