why transfered to Texas Service Center???

i got a letter yesterday that says the following:

this is to notify you that we have transfered the above application or petition to the INS office at:
Texas Service Center.
we transfered this case because the records indicates that office has jurisdiction over the case. that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case. any further inquiries should be made to that office.

now what is that all about??? why did they transfer me? and is that gonna help me? is it gonna go faster now??

please help

Previous forumees showed that most 2002 ND cases were transferred to TSC to "speed up" processing. Now the latest approval case ( ND Oct 2002 ) actually came from NSC. So I think your case was just transferred to TSC because of BCIS's internal technical consideration, nothing for your personal. Good luck.
