Why they only want to interview with the dependant not principal applicant

I am H1B now. My application is EB3. this Thursday i received the notice of interview for my wife. i didn\'t receive anything for myself.Why they only want to interview with the dependant not principal applicant. do you guys have any same experience. Please share with me. thank you for your any responding.

  They mail 2 seperate forms. It is just that you recived your wife\'s first. You will also receive yours in a couple of days.

Is this interview after your Finger Printing?

Did u finish your finger printing and then receive the request for an interview? Or is this before your finger printing?
