why they forget feb 2002 cases..it is sooooooo frustrating and disgusting...why they are doing this with dec, jan, feb and march cases...i am seeing ppl with notice date of april date onwards are getting approved...and on other hand dec and jan cases ppl are still waiting....may be they have some good source or contact at CSC...

My friend just filed his 140 and 485, I think he will get approval soon under the pilot program. I filed my 485 two years back. What should I say? yea, thanks for not forgetting us.

02s complained too much.... too many faxes, emails, etc. Its just BCIS' way of saying "FU!"

My guess is that CSC started approving 03 cases in their pilot program and they started picking up 02 cases randomly.

The CSC has approved 400 I-485 cases filed in or after February 2002 this month so far.
