I have sent my AP application in second week of August, 2004 for AP with NSC (as my I-485 is pending with NSC and I-140 was approved by NSC), I got the filing reciept after 8 days, I had paper filed with correct form, correct fees, new style photographs, color copy of driving license and color passport pages and all the other evidence like I-485 pending receipt, copy of I-94 but
I am totally confused why they transferred it to Baltimore( i reside in MD)
