Why they are not approving my case?

I finish 77 days today since after 2nd FP.......
I finish 659 days today since after I485/I140 filing....
After Case Inquiry of my case, USCIS send me letter(11/11/04) for wait for 60 days more to get information about my case.......
Today I finish 55 days after case inquiry but still waiting.......

God please help me and approved my case please.......

is it original or substitute labor ? is your name check completed ?

if any of the above is true, that might be a reason... but on the other hand who knows why the case could be pending...

my wife for example never received a receipt notice for 485, it's close to 11 mo since we filed, because of that she can't get a DL in CT... can you image that... we requested a copy 2 times, 2-3 mo since request and still waiting for a magic to happen...

me and my husband [primary applicant]did our 485 second FP on september 28 th 2004.he got his 485 approved with on october 24 th and got his green card on nov 20 th.till now they did not update my FP.I called USCIS customer service on november 11 th and got a letter from them stating that my case is pending.now i can call them only after 60 days.no idea whether they received my finger printing,no RFE so far.Is there any one who had this experience...
