why there are no EB3: india approvals lately

RD 4/12/99 ND 5/19/99 FP 6/15/00 pd 1/96 india EB3
 while I am still waiting, a college with 7/29/99rd and
 FP on 6/28/00 got approved with Taiwan EB2 two weeks ago.
So I presume there are some type of delay with EB3:india. Also
I do not see any india eb3 approvals lately. Or is that my
application is with officer on vacation?

    My 485 has been approved just a week ago. I posted my details. I got my passport stamped yesterday. My details are EB3 INDIA PD 1/96,
RD/ND - 02/99, FP 06/99, RFE 07/00, Approved 08/10/00. Stamped on 08/21/00.
