JIT timings for Oct is still not out. What the hell are they doing?
Even we do not see floods of approval nor the timings?
Are they sleeping or what???

Why Jit?

I don't wait for the Jit anymore ... I am kind of sick of it. Each three or four months, they move the 485 by one month so by a simple calculation, if we have six months until you reach your famous 24 months of pending case, you have to wait another 18 to 24 months to get your fu... GC.

It is taking forever ...........

Three or four months? Please correct that to once in 10 months.

So sad to see the JIT move once every 10 months, and that too with so many people with ND's prior to the JIT date not getting approvals.

Still it is funny to see someone expecting the JIT and movement in it! :)

Close you eyes..Take a deep breath and ask yourself how this JIT will be different from past 12 months one.....

this is exactly what the IIO are doing closing their eyes and asking themselves...and they finally get the answer and they say why bother...:D :D :D

JIT will show same date for many more months as many Nov,01 cases are still untouched.(Mine is one!!!). No 2nd FP, No RFE, No progress!!!

I did myself 2 weeks back but nothing happened. I'm thinking of trying to hold of a lawyer as I don't have any. I'm AC21 case.

Maybe you should try to write to your local congressman. I think, if you are way behind JIT and so far no action on the case at all, they will definitely send inquiry from the congressman's office.

One year ago, the CSC was processing I485 cases filed in September, October, or November 2001.

In this month, the CSC has just started to adjudicate I485 cases filed in December 2001.

One year later, the CSC would be processing I485 cases filed in January, February, or March 2002
unless additional officers would be allocated for EB I-485 at the CSC.
Additional resource allocation may not happen if we are just waiting.
