Why RFE case take so long time to adjudicate?
INS usually hold up 3 to 6 months normally after receipt of RFE though said they already finished a preliminary review.
Then what else they have to review more???
Do they try to look into all files from first page again? Or files maybe transfered to new IIO?
Don't have any idea why INS hold the RFE cases for several months. I saw rare cases were approved within 10days after receipt of RFE response, all RFE cases must be done on same manner.
