Why State Dept is requesting a review ??? Help!!!

Since my Case transferred to NSC from CSC (feb 23 07) my message status is -

"Case has been sent by the STATE DEPT with a request we review it."

I called & initiated a service request, even the immigration officer was surprised as to y the status is like that.

Can anyone please tell me y the State Dept is requesting a review ???

I am very scared as to what is happening in my case.

I did my second FP on June 2, 2007.

my last lud is May 1, 2007. Nothing so far, I see so many approvals with PD after mine badluck.

Don't panic there are many people like me who have received this message that you have received. AILA has got a confirmed response from NSC that this message just indicates transfer of case to NSC from CSC. This was confirmed by Mathew-Ohio at www.immigration-law.com about 2-3 months ago. So just relax and don't sweat about it.

As usual, someone at USCIS is doing a great job at scaring us with inappropriately worded updates.
