why some october approval?

Hello,

I have question about october approvals. How do they get approval during Sept processing.
Even i seen some law sites mentioned october approvals.

Are they lucky to get approval during sept.? Lucky means 1 or 2 but...more than 10.

What do you think about this approvals?

INS is efficient...

They have not completed July 2001 yet and they are doing October already...be happy about that...aren't they efficient?

Looks like there are some people posting data to mislead others or to get "Congratulations" reply.

I can see data posted in rupnet with no rfe or approvals for months prior to Aug 2001. I feel some of these data may not be real. Just ignore these data.

Don't consider these data. Wait for many people to post or get your approval whichever comes earlier.
