Why some 485 case approving 15-20 months some taking 30 months, some 2years, and some 26-28 months. Why this diffrence? Some people even got approved within 1 year ? why? what is the reason? My ND is 3/12/2003 when i can aspect to approve?
because USCIS works in a sequentially random order. Randomness must be related somehow to "National Security", just like eveything else that Bush Administration does these days. To make the world a safer place.
